Data Deletion

You can remove your data from commentfor at any time, in either of two ways. Both fully purge your Instagram account info, access tokens, automations, and captured leads from our systems.

Option 1 — from the commentfor dashboard

• Log in at app.commentfor.com.
• Open your account settings and choose Disconnect Instagram account.
• Your Instagram data is purged immediately. You can also delete your dashboard account entirely from the same settings page.

Option 2 — from Instagram

• In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
• Find commentfor and remove it.
• Instagram notifies us through Meta's data-deletion callback, and we purge your data automatically.

Confirming deletion

Deletion requests made through Instagram receive a confirmation code, and you can check the status of your request at app.commentfor.com/data-deletion/status.
