Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of commentfor, an Instagram comment-to-DM automation service operated by Neurai Technologies Private Limited ("Neurai"), available at commentfor.com and app.commentfor.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

commentfor lets you connect an Instagram professional account and configure automations that reply to keyword comments with direct messages and public replies, deliver tracked links, and capture leads. The service sends DMs only in response to user-initiated interactions (a comment or message from the recipient), within the rules of Meta's Instagram Platform API.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and be authorized to operate the Instagram accounts you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and all applicable Meta platform policies at all times.
• No spam. Automations may only respond to people who initiated an interaction with your content, and message content must be lawful and non-deceptive.
• No use of the service for harassment, illegal content, deceptive schemes, or circumventing Instagram rate limits or restrictions.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put the platform's Meta API access at risk.

5. Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe; prices, DM quotas, and account limits for each plan are shown at purchase. Promotional pricing (such as a limited-time free period for a plan) may be offered and can end or change; you will never be charged without the price being shown at purchase. Quotas are enforced by the service and sends are paced to stay within Meta's limits.

6. Your content and data

You retain all rights to your content and your audience data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time — see Data Deletion.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on Meta's Instagram Platform API and may interoperate with services you connect (Kit, Flodesk, Stripe). Their terms apply to their services; we are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions of third-party platforms, including changes Meta makes to API availability or permissions.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of any particular message, or any business outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 6-11 survive termination.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard, and continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact: privacy@commentfor.com.
