Refund & Cancellation Policy

commentfor is operated by Neurai Technologies Private Limited ("Neurai"). This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for paid commentfor plans.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app's Settings at app.commentfor.com — no email or phone call required. Cancellation stops all future charges.

What happens after you cancel

Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods — you simply keep what you paid for until it runs out, and are not charged again.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you are charged twice for the same period, or charged in error, we refund the erroneous charge in full. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

The free Base promotion

While the launch promotion runs, the Base plan is free: no charge is made, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If the promotion ends, the then-current price is always shown before any purchase.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India). Once we issue a refund, the time it takes to appear in your account is governed by your card network or bank's own timelines, which are outside our control.
