CommentFor is a business tool operated by Neurai Technologies Private Limited. It helps a person who runs an Instagram account reply to comments on their own posts and send the direct messages they have set up. This page describes who the app is for and what it contains, for anyone deciding whether it suits a particular age.

Who the app is for

CommentFor is for adults who manage a business or creator account on Instagram. Our Terms of Service require every user to be 18 years of age or older, and creating an account, on the website and in the apps, requires confirming this. The app is not directed at children and is not designed to appeal to them.

What the app shows

• The account holder's own Instagram posts, the comments other people leave on them, and the direct messages CommentFor sends on the account holder's behalf. This content comes from the account holder's Instagram account, with their permission, and is visible only to them.
• The automations, message templates and link page the account holder writes themselves.
• Statistics about the account holder's own activity.

There is no feed, no public community, no chat between CommentFor users, and no content from other CommentFor users.

What the app does not contain

• No advertising.
• No violence, sexual content, profanity, gambling, or content about alcohol, tobacco or drugs in the app's own material.
• No purchases inside the app. Subscriptions are bought on the website.
• No open web browsing. The one web view in the app shows our own sign-up verification page.
• No location tracking and no advertising identifier.

Comments and messages that arrive from Instagram are written by other Instagram users and can contain anything Instagram allows. Instagram applies its own age rules and content moderation to them before CommentFor ever sees them. CommentFor shows them only to the account holder whose post they were left on.

Store age ratings

The App Store and Google Play listings carry the age rating each store assigns from its own questionnaire. Whatever that rating says, our terms set the minimum age at 18.
