Billing notes

  • Free is free forever — unlimited DMs, no card and no expiry, with a short CommentFor line on every DM, 1 Instagram account and 3 active automations at once. Upgrade when you outgrow those limits or want the line gone.
  • A plan's DM allowance is one monthly total for your whole workspace, shared across every Instagram account you connect. It is not multiplied by the number of accounts: Ultra includes 500,000 DMs a month in total across up to 27 accounts†, not 500,000 for each account.
  • Plans are billed monthly or annually through Razorpay — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in the dashboard at any time.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST and of payment-processing charges. 18% is added to every rupee charge at checkout and appears as its own line on the invoice, so Pro at ₹1,199 a month is charged ₹1,414.82. The tax rides on the plan we bill against, not on where you are.
  • Features marked "Coming soon" are on the roadmap and not yet live — you're never charged for a feature that hasn't shipped.
  • Sending is paced to stay well inside Meta's per-account rate limits, on every plan.
