Data Deletion

CommentFor is operated by Neurai Technologies Private Limited. You can remove your data from CommentFor at any time in either of the ways below. Both remove your access tokens, automations and captured contact details from our live systems promptly. Encrypted backup copies may be retained for up to 60 days for operational and legal reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy. Security and access logs, which can include IP addresses and account identifiers, may be kept in encrypted archives for up to 14 months from the date of each archive, to meet legal record-keeping duties.

Option 1 — from the CommentFor dashboard

• Log in at app.commentfor.com.
• Open Settings and choose Disconnect next to the account you want to remove, or Delete my account at the bottom of the page to erase everything, including your login and billing references.

Option 2 — from Instagram or Facebook

• In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find CommentFor and remove it. For a connected Facebook Page, remove CommentFor under Settings → Apps and websites on Facebook.
• Meta sends us a data-deletion request and we remove your data automatically.

Confirming deletion

Deletion requests made through Instagram or Facebook receive a confirmation code from Meta, and you can check the status of your request at app.commentfor.com/data-deletion/status. For anything else, or a written confirmation, email privacy@commentfor.com.
