The content of a link page at commentfor.com/u/ and the messages an automation sends are set up by the customer who owns that account, not by us.

Reporting a copyright infringement

If you believe that content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a notice to our designated agent below. For us to act on it under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the notice must include:

• your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorised to act for you;
• identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works;
• identification of the material you say is infringing and enough information for us to locate it, such as the full address of the page;
• your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.

When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material identified, tell the customer who posted it, and pass them a copy of the notice.

Counter-notices

If material you posted was removed because of a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, postal address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent. We pass a complete counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within ten business days that they have filed a court action against you, we may restore the material within ten to fourteen business days of receiving the counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please make sure a notice or counter-notice is accurate before you send it.
