How this is measured
Each component is checked once a minute from Cloudflare's network, outside our own servers. A minute counts as down when the check and one immediate retry both fail. Uptime is the share of checked minutes that were up. Minutes we could not check count as no data, not as up. Incidents are listed automatically when a component is down for two minutes or more. All times are UTC.
