CCPA Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of California and describes the rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), to the extent it applies to us.
Information we collect
In the preceding twelve months we have collected the categories of personal information described in our Privacy Policy: identifiers such as your email address and connected-account identifiers; commercial information such as subscription and payment status; internet and network activity such as usage and device information; and the content and interactions received through the platforms you connect. We collect it directly from you, from the platforms and services you connect, and automatically when you use the service, for the business purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information. Our website may use advertising measurement, with your consent where the law requires it; you can decline it on the cookie bar, change a stored choice from our Privacy Policy page, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we honour. We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors only as needed to provide the service, under contracts that restrict their use of it. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your rights
Subject to the CCPA's conditions and exceptions, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request its deletion; to correct inaccurate personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to exercise them
Use the controls in your account, or write to privacy@commentfor.com. We will verify your request, which may include confirming that you control the email address on the account, and respond within the time the law allows. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of that authorisation.
