DPDP Notice

Last updated: 12 September 2026

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for individuals in India and describes how we handle digital personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), to the extent it applies to us.

Data fiduciary

Neurai Technologies Private Limited, Gurugram, Haryana, India, is the data fiduciary for the personal data of our customers. For the personal data of people who interact with a customer's connected accounts, the customer determines the purpose of processing and we process it on the customer's behalf.

Purpose and consent

We process personal data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: to provide, operate, secure and support the service, to communicate with you, to bill for paid plans, and to meet our legal obligations. Where the DPDP Act requires your consent, we obtain it when you create an account or use the relevant feature, and you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Your rights

Subject to the DPDP Act, you have the right to access a summary of the personal data we process about you, to have it corrected, completed or updated, to have it erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, to nominate a person to exercise your rights if you are unable to, and to have your grievances redressed.

Grievance redressal

To exercise your rights or raise a grievance, write to privacy@commentfor.com from the email address on your account. We will acknowledge and respond within the time the DPDP Act and its rules allow. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for or as the law requires, and protect it with reasonable security safeguards, as described in our Privacy Policy.
